Horrible service

    I have the “premium” version of this plugin which uses Freemius – the worst license provider possible, and my Livemesh license keeps getting knocked off from client sites for no reason, meaning the elements stopped working completely. Not once have they responded to my queries about this. I guess since they already have my money, support doesn’t exist.

    Don’t trust their customer support.

    Extremely sorry for the trouble. We just received an email from you today. We did receive the earlier email except for the one you sent in 2020.

    We have replied to today’s email for which I request you to kindly reply with all details. Rest assured, we will address your queries promptly.

    Honestly, Freemius has been excellent in their support too and they will be happy to see what the issue really is and address your concerns. I see you had an earlier subscription which was cancelled and later purchased a lifetime license. May be there is an edge case bug in Freemius which they have not been aware of which is causing this issue. It will be certainly addressed within 24 hours. Thank you.
