    If I could give it less than a 1, I would. I have had the free version for a while, as it came with my theme. It is not great as it disconnects at least once a week and I have to go through several steps to connect it again. I have followed their steps how to fix that, but it keeps happening.

    With their Black Friday deal, I decided to go to Pro to see if it would fix the problem. Instead, it completely shut down my site. I mean, it was frozen with no ability to access admin or anything. The plugin team is only open M-F, so no one was able to be contacted. It was scary. Luckily, I had an IT guy I have used in the past to help. He said the site was totally down. It took a while, but he restored the site. He said the plugin has a bug in it. How a small plugin that only shows an IG feed could completely shut down my site and then block my access to my own site is crazy. Many site owners do not have access to an IT person and could have made things even worse by trying to find a solution. I asked for my money back, and I was given a refund. Never will do business with this group again.

In some situations, activating any plugin can cause an error and lock you out of a site. This is fairly common and this can occur for several reasons and for different plugins, which is why it is always recommended to ensure that there are backups available before plugin installation and even updates. That being said we take into account all information sent by our users and dig into all errors that occur to make changes and updates to our plugins to avoid future issues.
