Horrible Plugin and I can't deactivate it

  • Customization is very difficult. It will be a 12 hour job to get it to display the way I want it to display.

    If it had not come bundled with the theme I purchased, I would have never used it.

    I’m curious: would you be willing to share some light on your experience? Specifically: at what point in using the plugin did you get frustrated at the fact that it seemed to require more code knowledge than you possess? We’re trying to gather feedback from our users as we work towards our next big release, and your insight here would be a huge help to make the next release even better. ??

    Totally cool and understandable if you’re uninterested in providing that level of feedback or don’t have time — but we’d sure appreciate it and would take it into account as we work to improve the plugin. Our goal is to make the plugin more useful to all our customers…and if we can earn a full 5 stars from folks like yourself along the way, that’d be a nice added bonus.
