• I have the premium version
    1.)Documentation should be -5 stars
2.)Slow Support Response and limited support options
3.)Pure Front-end CSS Hi-jacks Root em and breaks your CSS. You will end up having to unregister all the bad CSS. Picking out what you need and then merge it with your CSS.
4.)Can’t Limit Registration Fields by Level, unless you turn on Allow user to select level. To get around this you have to preset the form’s $_POST[‘LEVEL’].
5.)No way for user to upgrade membership level
6.)No Action/Filter hooks only a very limited set of public functions
7.)Sloppy Coding (observation while trying to make this work)
8.)Simply not designed for use in serious development.

    Hi html5girl,

I’m sorry you feel that way. As a premium user, you can make use of our email support, which is very responsive. Did you ever try this? While we do truly believe that this plugin has a robust feature set, we understand that it won’t be the right solution for every project. We’d be happy to help with a refund if that’s the case for you. Please email us at [email protected] and we can help you out.

Working from the plugin dashboard, the only options available were this support forum, the documentation and the youtube videos. So no I was completely unaware of email support.

My bad really, I started the project with integrating the plugin to use Contact Form 7 and Frontier Post for front-end post submission based on user levels. I also removed the Pure CSS Reset and integrated the necessary css into my SASS/Post-css bundle before I even looked at the plugin forms.

I probably should have done the registration first and stopped right there but hindsight is 20/20.

As I have said, I already have finished working around the plugin and it would make zero sense to dump all that work and start over.

It is working to the client’s satisfaction with the Frankenstein Code so a refund is not an option.
