Horrible – Latest version forced you to install his other plugin!

    Current version is v1.5. Have this plugin installed since v1.4

    Found a bug on v1.4, that customer can earn points on shipping & tax (which shouldn’t be obviously), contacted the support, told them how to fix this issue. Heard back from them that they will fix it in the next version.

    Did they fix it on v1.5? No, instead they made some changes to force user to install their other “ticket support” plugin!

    Tell me how a reward point system and ticket system are related?

    Also if you compare v1.4 with v1.5 THERE IS NO UPDATE, NO FIXES, the only changes is it will force you to install his support ticket system!

    YES! I realized that, also, my plugin keeps accumulating the points, the old ones never reset and are used again with the new points and so on.

    Does that happen to you?

    what do you mean by accumulating the points? you mean even if you use the old points, it will not reset?
