Horrible Featured Image Quality and Placement

    Why does the plugin show a stretched version of the featured image? It looks so low res? We are uploading an 800×600 image and increased WP’s medium thumbnail size. Does not help at all.

    Also, why on mobile views is the thumbnail not shifted above the description? Instead it is mashed to the side and tiny. Any way to fix this?

    Hi @sdagency,

    This all probably depends on the theme you are using.

    What theme are you using?
    Can you please try and test with twentyseventeen or twentynineteen?
    Can you share a URL where the issue is visible?
