• I updated plugin this morning and deactivated to do some task. After that, I was not able to access my admin account at all. It even screwed up my database, so I can not even access MySQLAdmin. There is no way to fix it unless the datavase is recovered by hosting provider.
    What a horrible experience. I would never use this plugin again.

  • Sorry to hear about your experience with our plugin gawakamy. Here at iThemes the last thing we want to hear is one of our users having a bad experience with our plugin.

    As time goes on since the release of the 4.0 edition of plugins we’ve been taking out the bugs as we come across them and fix them.

    As of 9Apr14 we are currently on version 4.0.21 so please try updating the plugin to see if that fixes your issue. If it doesn’t please fill out our iThemes Security Bug form with as much information as possible that way we can track, isolate and fix the error that your experiencing.
