Horrible experience !

  • Absolutely meaningless, junk pile of useless code, and absolutely horrible experience with the “Support Pro”s from “Meta”, just like with everything else Facebook related these days. I have reported the fact that THIS MODULE (well, the previous version, “facebook pixel for woocommerce”) SIMPLY DOESN’T DO what it was supposed to do – namely CONNECT A WORDPRESS SITE TO ITS ASSETS ON FACEBOOK – Business manager account, page, ad account, and pixel.

    IT DOES NOT EVER FINALIZE those connections, even if you go through the process 100 times. The window that pops up always says at the end “Please close this window if it doesn’t automatically close”… and of course it never does. Then the connection simply doesn’t get completed.
    Absolutely horrible experience, why the hell is this plugin even allowed to exist on the wordpress extensions platform, it beats me…
    It doesn’t work EVER.

    And facebook, as a company, should be BANNED from ever publishing here, simply for the disrespectful attitude towards us, users.
    Absolutely appaled by this nonfunctioning module, and appaled by the non-existent support !
