Horrible customer service. They will take your money BE AWARE!

I bought their Theme + Addons on December 2018. After having issues with the product and getting bad customer service around July, I simply stopped using it. Dec 30th I received an email saying my renewal was successful (which I never asked or agreed on). I immediately sent and email to cancel and ask for a refund. Days later I received an email saying they cant give refunds for renewals.
On top of that, they said they sent an email a month prior warning about the renewal. Nope, never happened. What a SCAM.

I’m already requesting my bank to issue a fraud alert and get my money back.
