They refunded my charges

I chose not to keep this plugin during the trial period as I found it too much of a cutesy black box (tho i expect may folks may love that about it, it’s fun with no muss no fuss) and so canceled and deleted the plugin from my site. However, something went wrong and they charged me hundreds of dollars for a service that had not been used or installed on my site for many months. I asked for a refund and they eventually complied.
