Horrendous Support… Actually, it's non-existent Support.

Worked OK for an admin, however it hides from Authors of posts, which to me is useless – asked for help, waited a long time, never received, in fact their support forums says if it has been read, my support never even got acknowledged.

The plugin has such amazing potential for me, just a shame ??
