Horrendous, overcomplicated plugin

I’ve had problems with this plugin for years. It can appear simple at first but so many times has required a load of custom code to sort the formatting properly and to get it looking right on all devices. This always takes ages – googling it and finding loads of other people posting that they can’t do simple things and never any solution. It should not require so much fannying about! The support website is useless, too.
