Horizontal scrolling with full width cover

If I add a cover block in the Gutenberg editor and set it to full width I get a little horizontal scrolling on the page.

I am using Google Chrome on Windows. I recently reported a similar bug to a developer of another theme and we found that this problem was reproducible on Windows but not MacOS.
