Horizontal scrolling pages / Atahualpa possibilities?

Hello, I am interested in making a simple portfolio site with only a few pages that scroll horizontally. I tend to use the Atahualpa theme regularly and have some very simple sites in construction using it. Unfortunately they are hidden behind holding.php at the moment.

But, is there a simple way to make pages scroll horizontally?
