My fullscreen overlay menu moves down when you horizontally scroll in Safari. See video:

    1. Scroll down just a few pixels
    2. Open the menu
    3. Scroll horizontally

Any thoughts on what could be going on here? No other browsers have this behaviour.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi questionguy12,

I’m not sure sorry. It looks like you’re using custom CSS to make the menu 100% wide, so does it happen if you remove your custom CSS?

Hey Team – I’m also having a horizontal scrollbar appearing prior to scrolling the page. This is the case regardless of whether or not I have 100% width set on the megamenu. The page in question is: https://wordpress.ignitesolutions.com/

The browser width will need to reduced to 1765 px or below to see the effect. Is there a potential fix?

Hey Team – it’s been almost a week. Is there a solution for this? Should these questions be posted somewhere else? Is purchase of the Pro version required to get support? The lack of a response isn’t very encouraging.

    Hi jkd,

Should these questions be posted somewhere else?

Yes, this one slipped through the net as youve replied to someone elses 3 month old thread. Please create your own topic at the bottom of this page and I will take a look.
