Horizontal on mobile is not working.

Hi, I have a simple custom theme using underscore theme generator website.

I have noticed two problems:
1. Horizontal on mobile is not working
2. I have this error in the console when I check in responsive devices after refreshing the page
“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘top’)”

Troubleshooting steps:
1. Switched theme to official wordpress theme
2. Disabled all the plugins

I even tried a quick fix using your media query in this ticket

But I genuinely want a proper solution to the problem.

Note: There is no issues via css from the theme, since theme is very simple and basic generated from underscores.
