Horizontal navigation on mobile

Hi!
Would something like this achievable with your plugin, either with the free or the pro version?

In short, I need to build a megamenu on mobile where the first level navigation is the usual vertical/dropdown navigation, the second level enters horizontally and I need to add a back button to go back to the first level… I guess it’s easier to understand seeing the video capture.
