Horizontal Menu & Site title on top

    is there a way to make the site title and menu be on top of the site? (above the posts) – and change the menu bar to be horizontal ?

    I’m sure that moving the navbar to the top would be possible. It would require making a child theme and making a few modifications.

    If you are comfortable with HTML, CSS and WordPress template it should be doable.
