Horizontal Lines not working consistently

Can you provide a link to a post or page where horizontal lines (rules?) do show and one where they don’t? Remember, we have no idea what each post (or even your site) is supposed to look like.

I can see a line after every single month in Firebox 5. You do have a couple of markup errors and some CSS issues that could do with sorting, though.
