    Please add this Custom CSS in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS,

    .header-navigation {
    border-bottom: 2px solid #ff0000;
    border-top: 2px solid #ff0000;
}
#header .top-header .header-navigation > ul{
	margin-top: 0px;
}

    Change the color #ff0000 to your needs.

    Hi Laranz – that’s very helpful – thank you ??

    As you can see on my site the horizontal lines don’t fill the whole width of the page.

    Is there anyway this can happen?
