Horizontal lines

  • I placed two horizontal lines in the content area and cannot remove them. They are shown immediately below the secondary menu at top. For some reason they come and go at times, but I cannot find them to delete. Again, placed originally in the content area with other text…

    Thanks, Bill. I am a true novice with WP, and paying the learning curve dues. How do I implement this code, in the Appearance/editor? Can I do it directly in the text editor on the content section?

    Oh, sorry about that! When you said you placed the lines yourself, I thought you meant you just couldn’t find it in your styles.

    You’ll either want to use a custom css plugin (which you can find here), or put it in the style sheet of a child theme. If you have Jetpack installed, you can use its Custom CSS module.
