Horizontal Drop Down Menu shows vertically in IE

Im not sure what is wrong but my drop down menu acts really weird in IE. Instead of dropping down, it only shows the main item for each link and extends all the way across the page from left to right. Please take a look at signatureware.com . I have flash on the page but it renders the same incorrect way even when the flash is removed. I really appreciate all suggestions.
