Hooveranimator not working

  • Hooveranimator is not working in front-end. In Elementor editor it’s working just fine. In the front-end not. What is causing this? Please help!

    There should be a add to cart widget appearing to the right upper corner on top of the image when hovering it. Opacity is set to 0 in normal mode and 1 in hover.
