Hooks to modify checkout field not working in new blocks based checkout

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

Just to clarify, many of the older PHP template hooks won’t trigger with new block-based checkout because WooCommerce blocks are mostly JS-based.

As you have already done, one solution is to use Checkout shortcode to support older hooks.

@doublezed2 I have the same problem. I really like the new Cart/Checkout blocks, but they’re clearly not ready yet for serious usage because of the lack of extensibility. The docs you link to are out of date and archived on Github. Is there anything current that we can refer to? Even the links on your website point to the outdated Github repo.
