Hook when item is removed from an order

Hello,
I’m looking for a hook when an item is removed from a woocommerce subscription.
I have found woocommerce_delete_order_item which is working from the admin subscriptions page but NOT on the frontend user page (/my-account/view-subscription/xxxxx)
Is there a hook to catch item deletion on this page ?
