Hook wcpay_track_new_order Failed

    Hi. I just noticed a failed action from an order that went through correctly with the following details:

    wcpay_track_new_order Failed woocommerce_payments Non-repeating 2022-04-27 20:33:44 +0000
    (14 hours 5 minutes ago) `2022-04-27 20:33:39 +0000
    action created
    2022-04-27 20:34:28 +0000
    action started via WP Cron
    2022-04-27 20:35:19 +0000
    action failed via WP Cron: Error: Unable to fetch payment method details from the provided payment_method_id.`

    As I mentioned, the order was processed correctly and the payment was correctly charged, according to Woocommerce Payments.

    I am a bit lost on this issue, since this hasn’t happened before, and the payment was received succesfully. Could someone explain me what happened?

    Hi @attd !

    From the error log, we can see that there are some issues with WP-Cron on your site.

    Can you please install a free plugin called WP Crontrol and see if that identifies further issues?

    If the issue is with cron I’d suggest reaching out to your host for more details ??
