Hook to show any text before or after the editor block or in sidebar

Hi.
How can i add any text or code anywhere around the gutenberg editor? Like before the editor or after it or anywhere in the sidebar?
The hooks for versions before 5.0 are not working anymore.

I don’t know if this will help you, but I added text to my “single-{post_type}.php” page (both above and below Gutenberg content). I do not know about sidebars.
