Hook to enable instant sharing programatically

I programatically create posts (I dont login to wp-admin and manually create posts).

How can I programatically enable this option:

Enable Instant Sharing By Default
Instant sharing option will be checked by default when creating new posts.

Can you please provide the hook name etc
