Hook/REST API/JSON ? Where to get form data of submissions?

Hello.

How/Where is data stored for the quiz submissions? Any hooks that give me an array? or an endpoint in the REST API? a JSON file?

Specifically, I would like to get the data when the quiz has finished, and display my own custom template.
