    I wrote snippet with pre_get_posts hook to customize default product query, If shop engine plugin enabled that time hook pre_get_posts is not working.

    Extremely sorry for the delayed response!

    Be assured that the pre_get_posts hook works perfectly with Shopengine plugin. There may a wrong step in the process you are tring to add the snippet. Can you please share the code and let us know the steps you are following to add it?
