Hook for collapsed filter

Good day,

I recently activated the WP Optimize plugin and I have been really impressed with how much faster it has made my website. The only issue is that it is causing the filter (filter everything plugin) on mobile to open in expanded mode instead of collapsed, then once I purge the cache it fixes it for a while until the cache builds up. Could I ask for some assistance with creating a hook to prevent this? It would be greatly appreciated.
