I have a widget that needs to show on ONLY one page within a sidebar/widget area. The problem I’m having is that all the other pages think there is an Active Widget in that Sidebar.

The theme uses the is_active_sidebar() conditional tag to remove the sidebar if there are NO active widgets. If there is NO active widget (or hidden widget) on the specified page, I would assume the plugin should honor the is_active_sidebar() conditional tag.

    Can this be done?

  • Hi Sir I already installed the updated version. Thank a lot!

@tas10 Sounds great! I hope you are loving the plugin features ??

Hi, I tried creating a ticket on your website but it kept hanging, not sure if my message went through. I’m having a similar problem, however I just purchased your extended widget options plugin. It appears to have the same issue described above. I tested your new widget options free version (from the link above) and it works, however the extended doesn’t seem to have that update?

@lijitimit Thank you for upgrading to Extended Widget Options. Can you please create a ticket again and let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Sorry, contact form still not working. screenshot
I just followed you on twitter (@lijitimit), so you can always follow me back and direct message me, or I can start a new thread. I hate hijacking someone else’s forum post ??
