HoneyPot Captcha

Hi,
I have a custom made front end submission form for new posts. I made my front end form mentioned in this post: https://voodoopress.com/review-of-posting-from-front-end-form/ . Now, I want to add HoneyPot captcha field into it. But I dont know how to selectively extract the HoneyPot fields from various forms I have into my form.

I found that there is already a contact form 7 plugin with HoneyPot captcha in it. There is another web tutorial I found which used custom made contact form and used HoneyPot captcha field. It is: https://trevordavis.net/blog/wordpress-jquery-contact-form-without-a-plugin

Please help me in adding a HoneyPot captcha fields into my custom made front end submission form.
