Hi, just after installing wordpress I’ve checked the home page and I could see a blank image on the left of each excerpt. I supposed this is the placeholders for featured image, knowing that most of the posts already have an image but not a featured one.

I’ve added some featured image, but what happened is that posts with featured image just had their “blank image” removed, and the other ones remaining as they are.

Question : how to replace that blank image by the real one ?

    I’m using MH Magazine Lite

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi Azimed,

thanks for using MH Magazine lite.

In order to display thumbnails instead of the image placeholders you need to upload featured images correctly to your posts. Please see: How to set featured images in WordPress.

We see that you’ve uploaded some featured images, but the image files are not available at the CDN, for example:

    https://i0.wp.com/solopsicologia.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Teor%C3%ADa-de-la-motivaci%C3%B3n-de-Maslow2.jpg

You need to ensure that the image files can be loaded properly. It seems you’re serving images through the Jetpack Photon module. If you can’t figure out why the images aren’t available there, then you could just disable the Photon module in Jetpack and serve the images from your server instead (= default in WordPress).
