Homepage’s image doesn’t work on Facebook

Hi, thank you for your reply but unfortunately none of the steps fixed the issue.

I want to point out that every other image shows up correctly, just not the one set for homepage. I have zero problems with images in posts or pages – just the homepage. Here you see my site: https://bit.ly/3hoaAPo

Since the homepage is a collection of posts, you can try to add the OG image under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage.

This option is not mentioned in that KB shared. We will get the KB updated soon.

We checked and the og:image tag is not added to the homepage. Upon investigating, we found that many of the images are served in JPG as well as WebP format. Here’s a screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/ufBdu3

Please ensure that you’re using the image of 1200px X 630px and of the format JPEG, PNG, or GIF and see if that fixes the issue. For now, please try using a PNG image and see if it helps. Here are the supported image formats by Facebook:

Hi, I’ve been using PNG image in 1200 x 630 px, but changed the format to JPG and it fixed the issue. Thank you!
