Homepage with Image Slideshow / frames

  • I’m trying to design a home page for my friends blog that will feature pictures w/ a little text very similar to what this site has:

    I’m wondering if there’s a plugin that will allow me to create a home page with that kind of picture layout with clickable navigation (it will be a tour website so one picture for helicopter tours, one for boat tours, etc.)
