Homepage will not display 3 blocks

I have tried to customize the Homepage to use the 3 blocks in the Experon Business template, but although it displayed correctly a while ago, I’m not sure why it isn’t now. I may have done something inadvertently.

All 3 content areas are filled in, but I can’t enable it. I can’t select “Enable Pre-Made Homepage”? Any help is appreciated.
