Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand you’re having some issues with TranslatePress not functioning correctly on all your website’s pages. Let’s try to solve this issue step by step.
Firstly, if you’re using an HTTPS/SSL plugin, please temporarily deactivate it and then visit ‘WordPress -> Settings -> General’. Here, ensure that both the home URL and site URL are set to use HTTPS. Save these settings and then reactivate your HTTPS/SSL plugin.
Secondly, if the issue seems to be specific to your homepage, there might be a conflict with an existing resource, page, or media that shares the same slug as the language (e.g., “en”, “fr”, “de”, etc.). You can test this by deactivating TranslatePress and checking if accessing your homepage with the language slug (for example, https://example.com/en/) already redirects to an existing page. If this is the case, renaming the slug of that conflicting resource might solve the issue.
Lastly, please try re-saving your permalinks. You can do this by going to ‘WordPress -> Settings -> Permalinks’ and simply clicking ‘Save Changes’.
After performing these steps, please check if the issue persists. If it does, don’t hesitate to get back to us and we’ll continue to assist you.
Best regards,
