Homepage title not showing a lot other errors

Hello everyone.
I’m experiencing a few errors for weeks now; the homepage title is not showing for my site, clubpenguincheats.info
Here’s an example, so you know what I’m trying to say:
Homepage title needed = Club Penguin Cheats 2015
Outcome = clubpenguincheats.info
Why’s it doing this? I’m really frustrated and want a solution. I’ve tried uninstalling & reinstalling the plugin several times but the problem is still there. I’ve even googled help but I couldn’t find a good answer to my problem. Yes, I’ve enabled “Force rewrite titles“
. This is only happening to my front page.
Another issue; it’s giving me 2 sitemap errors in the Google Webmasters Search Console – https://prntscr.com/7odkeo. I’ve tried modifying my .htaccess as suggested by a blog post by Joost, some errors went away but some are still there.I would appreciate your help, thanks!
