It looks like you’ve got a potential conflict with another plugin or with your theme in that All in One SEO Pack is unable to rewrite your title tag using output buffering. Try disabling any other plugins that may be conflicting, or try testing against one of the default themes shipped with WordPress such as Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve. Alternatively, if your theme is properly using wp_title() to output the title, you might be able to turn Force Rewrites off under Performance.

tried disabling all plugins, still has the same error.

i was wondering, i have been using the same theme since 2 years ago for all of my websites, it’s working on 1.6 so if it’s caused by wp_title() wouldn’t it not show on AIO 1.6 too ?

No, if this is working under 1.6 then it’s not an issue with output buffering then, as that’s the only mechanism that 1.6 knows how to use. Currently I’m seeing an empty title tag for your site’s home page, which is also rather unusual.
