Homepage title none static homepage when static blog page is set

Hi

The homepage title for the none static homepage is not correct when a static blog page is set. The title picked up is the one from the blog page. But there are themes that can have a none static homepage and a static blog page. Calling the main website urls shows the none static homepage content and not the blog page. But the title in the browser tab is wrong as it contains the one from the static blog page. The moment i unselect the static blog page in the reading settings and set it to select both work ok. But then i have to add a blog shortcode in to the blog page in order to have it list the blog posts.

Please advice.
