homepage title and tagline not displayed

  • Hi,
    I am using Athena Pro theme and when sharing my homepage it display ‘Home’ as title instead of my ‘Site Title’, blank as description instead of my ‘Tagline’ but it display my ‘Default Facebook Thumb’, ‘Facebook App ID’ and my ‘Homepage Object Type’ correctly.

    The homepage preview in wordpress displays correctly but i doesn’t when I use the ‘Sharing Debugger’.

    I just want to know if the theme I am using is the problem or there is a way to change the meta tags from wordpress?
