Homepage split + zoom effect

I would like to build a start website to redirect customers to 3 sections of the company.
The vision for this page is to divide the page at an angle into 3 parts – Something like this:

I have graphics for every section – its already divided as in the sketch above.
I want to use elementor for this project, but it can be changed if required.
The project assume hover action.
Moving the mouse over the certain section should zoom it to 3/4 of the page width, showing more graphic of the section. On the graphic I want to put some text and a button to redirect user to certain website.

It’s close, but not quite what I would like to do.

Could you pleas advise a solution? Any theme or plugin or a way to create this kind of start page?
