Homepage Slider is Not Showing, but Appears to Only be an Issue for US visitors

This is a first for me, and it has been a problem with this theme (Houzez) since the start. On countless mobile devices, countless operating systems, on Mac, on PC, in incognito mode, after purging all cache, the site does not show the Slider on the homepage.

I am in the US, and have had many other people view the site and they all see it as I see it.

Here is the issue. The theme is highly rated, well documented, has responsive support, but as they can view it, it looks correct. They are not US based. They have sent screenshots, screen recordings, etc.

I have reached out to other developers overseas, and they also send screenshots showing the site as loading correctly.

Yet the US based developers I have tried to hire, see it as I see it, but after paying 3 separate WP developers, they can’t figure out the issue.

I am losing my mind and need some help. The client is understandable unhappy. And I have too many hours and too much money invested to walk away from this real estate theme and look for another.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be? What could possibly cause it to appear differently on the web in the US as opposed to overseas?

And I am only slightly technically literate.

Is there a fix that you can suggest, if you don’t have a solution, that might allow me to just replace the slider with another slider option or even a static image, without being detrimental to the workings of the rest of the theme?

The theme uses Slider Revolution. I have tried downgrading to several previous WP cores. And have tried countless versions of PHP. I can’t find any combination that works. I am currently running the most recent WP core and one of (if not the most recent) PHP version.

Any, and I do mean ANY, thoughts or recommendations are welcome. I have no idea what my next step will be with this project if I can’t find support with this forum.
