    Hi there,

The homepage is showing in the post and page index, (it is a page).

Inside the post index, it is domain.com and inside the page index is it showing as domain.com/

Will this cause any confusion to search engines and if so, do you know how it can be flushed out?

I’ve checked the WordPress setting is checked to Static, Homepage.

I’ve also seen an SEO Press article about ensuring the sitemap is not cached.

I use Cloudflare and Cloudways which has their own “Breeze” caching plug-in, but it does not allow:

    [a-z0-9_\-]*[a-z0-9_\-]*\.(xml|xsl|html)(\.gz)? ([a-z0-9_\-]*?)([a-z0-9_\-]*)?\.xml

to be excluded – just pages.

Any advice on what to do to resolve this would be most appreciated, thanks!
