Homepage SEO issue with wpml

Hello,

I have issues with SEO on homepage https://www.google.com/search?source=hp&ei=o6koW9i7F4WNsgHFpJ-QCg&q=http%3A%2F%2Fwebbite.de&oq=http%3A%2F%2Fwebbite.de&gs_l=psy-ab.3..35i39k1j0i13i30k1j0i22i30k1l7j0i22i10i30k1.1683.1683.0.2231.3.2.0.0.0.0.132.132.0j1.2.0….0…1c.1.64.psy-ab..1.2.250.6…120.LENN2gn5NZs does not show Title and Description correctly.
Why this happen? – I suspiciousing on WPML plugins, because other similar site which does not have wpml work fine.
Please help me.
