Homepage Posts Mess (Must crop)!

My featured posts have to look like the first picture, but they got messed up somehow when i upload new ones and look like on the 2nd img, i must crop them vertically on every new post, screens: https://imgur.com/a/dGHNB

Please tell me how to fix this problem, is it in css directory or somewhere else in .php files and what code to insert, i’m using “Magazine Point” and running it on local host with forwarded ip: https://77.29.130.238/ (Check it out).
