Homepage – plugin/update error

For some reason after any update, our website is missing few fields, it was created by one of the developers for which we don’t have have contact too. attaching SS as well. There was a sliding menu and our brand partner logo’s on our website which currently are not visible, i tried to take backup as well and the backup gave an error.

can’t really remember how it was aligned but the brand logo’s were also displaying here but now it’s gone.
