Homepage Page cache

I have installed the plugin to make my website faster and it has. Just one thing i have noticed. That certain pages , in particular the homepage doesn’t seem to cache straight away , seems to take a while to do it. Only sometimes with prices i have changed it will just show the price excluding vat twice and then change back to normal later on showing the normal price and then excluding vat price.
Anyway i can get this to work properly?
