Homepage Only Loads Once

I am running into an interesting problem on my site. On first load, everything works fine. However, if I navigate to a different page on the site and then back to the homepage, the page will only partially load.

One thing that I noticed is that regardless of what page is active, the “Edit Page” link in the admin bar on top will always redirect to editing the page that was loaded first.

I have disabled all plugins, but that did not resolve the problem.
